This program is designed for puppies ages 3-5 months. Your pup will stay with us for 2 weeks in a structured, home-based training environment During this time, we will act as your puppy’s leader, and they will be treated as part of our own family.

Your dog will be safely exposed to other dogs, people, loud noises, and common distractions to build confidence and resilience. We use proven training tools such as prong collars and, occasionally, rolled-up towels to correct unwanted behaviors. These behaviors cannot be resolved by offering treats or toys as a trade, as this can unintentionally reward and reinforce the behavior.

When teaching new commands, we rely on positive reinforcement to build a solid learning foundation. Puppy training is all about teaching your dog how to learn and respond appropriately.

Your puppy will learn the following:

• Sit

• Down

• Place

• Potty Training

• Calmness in the crate

• Door manners (Prevent door dashing)

• Food manners (Prevent rushing or guarding food)

• House manners (Counter surfing, begging, chewing, jumping, excessive barking, etc.)

• Leash walking (Prevent pulling)

• Recall (In a controlled environment)

• Includes a Herm Sprenger Prong Collar

• Two refresher lessons: One 1-hour session scheduled approximately three weeks after program completion to reinforce training and address any emerging concerns, and one 2-hour refresher session that can be scheduled anytime within one year of completing the program.

At the conclusion of the program, a 1-2 hour “Go-Home” session will be scheduled. During this session, I will teach you everything your dog has learned and demonstrate the correct usage of all training tools, ensuring a smooth transition and lasting success at home.

This program is designed for owners who want their dogs to be fully trained for off-leash reliability. Your dog will stay with us for 3-4 weeks in a structured, home-based training environment. The exact length of stay will depend on your dog’s individual behavior and progress. During this time, we will act as your dog’s leader, and they will be treated as part of our family.

Throughout the program, we will serve as your dog’s leader and treat them as part of our family. Your dog will be exposed to a variety of real-world distractions, including other dogs, people, loud noises, traffic, and more, to ensure they can remain focused and obedient in any environment.

Training tools will be used to correct unwanted behaviors. These include e-collars (remote electronic stimulation collars), prong collars, and occasionally rolled-up towels. New commands are taught using positive reinforcement, with food or toys used as rewards. Dogs are never corrected for not knowing a command—they are guided patiently through the learning process.

Your dog will learn the following:

• Down-Stay

• Place (Extended duration)

• Door Manners (Prevent dashing)

• Food Manners (Prevent charging at food)

• House Manners (Counter surfing, begging, chewing, jumping, excessive barking, etc.)

• Structured walking on/off leash (E-collar recommended)

• Recall

• “Off” command (To remove from furniture or people)

• Cage calmness

• Tone Avoidance (Learning to leave something alone)

 This program is geared towards dogs with behavioral issues such as: Resource Guarding (Food Aggression, Toy Aggression, Guarding Owners, Guarding other objects, etc.), Reactivity (Barking and/or lunging at people, vehicles, other dogs, etc.), Aggression Control, Severe Anxiety (Severe General Anxiety and Severe Separation Anxiety) and also, confidence building (skittish or timid behaviors). This program is designed to help your dog become its true, authentic self.

Your dog will come stay with us for 5-6 weeks in a home base environment. We act as the dog’s leader during this time and your dog will be treated as one of our own. Your dog will be socialized to other dogs, other people, loud noises, traffic and many other distractions. Behavior will be modified, controlled and/or eliminated during training. You will learn how to control, manage and/or eliminate the behavior. We use tools to correct unwanted behaviors, such as: E-Collars (remote electric stimulation collars), prong collars and sometimes rolled up towels.
